I'm Esther.
My first interview? I was 10 years old, interviewing my uncle about his job at the newspaper. Back then, I was just a curious kid, eager to learn about the world around me. I decided I wanted to become a journalist, always having a notebook and pen in hand.
Fast forward to today, that same curiosity has evolved into a passion for understanding people’s stories. For me, much like journalism, recruitment is about uncovering each individual’s unique narrative, beyond just their resume. It’s about understanding people’s dreams and potential, seeking the stories that shape careers.
My approach integrates HR insights with a personal touch. It’s not only about placing the right people in jobs. It’s about nurturing their growth, fostering team dynamics, and aligning individual ambitions with organisational goals. I bring a dynamic blend of enthusiasm, commitment, and an open-minded approach to the table, all delivered in a straightforward style.
In my personal life, I’ve been with my husband for 20 amazing years, my soulmate and partner in crime. Born and raised in the eastern part of The Netherlands (Twente, for those who know), and as the daughter of an entrepreneur, I developed a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset. Outside of work, you’ll find me unleashing my energy and pushing my limits at the CrossFit box. I love exploring the vibrant streets of Barcelona, enjoying the cool vibes in Berlin, or soaking in the tranquility of Bali (our 3 favourite B’s). Experiences that fuel my passion for life and enrich my professional edge.
